Description
A striking vintage Dumler & Breiden pottery bowl from the Terra range, produced in West Germany during the mid-20th century, circa 1950s.
This shallow ceramic bowl combines a simple modernist form with a richly textured geometric surface and warm earthy brown tones. The tactile decoration gives the piece a distinctive appearance associated with post-war West German pottery and mid-century European ceramics.
Marked No. 35 to the underside, the bowl works equally well as a decorative piece or as an addition to a collection of Dumler & Breiden and West German pottery.
